Please complete this form in its entirety, to the best of your knowledge. An officer will reply to your application in our forum, giving you the results of our decision. We will also contact you in-game via whisper or mail if you have been accepted for membership.
The first two-weeks of membership is probationary, without guild bank access, and you will be evaluated against the principles outlined in our Guild Charter. If you successfully complete your probationary period, you will be promoted to Member, with full guild bank access, and will be considered a permanent member of Insurrection.
